For Men and/or Birth Partners: Birth & the Postnatal Period Trauma Support Private Session
It is often not acknowledged that birth can be traumatising for the birth partner. However, the statistics are surprisingly high when it comes to postnatal depression in the non birthing parent.
These sessions aim to support and allow a space to share and heal from your experience in the Birth Suite, Theatre etc.
Together with both our Midwife, Arielle & Therapist, Tyger, we offer both a forum to talk through your experience, to try and make sense of it with the midwife who may be able to offer an understanding on a clinical level, as well as healing techniques offered by our therapist.
